Because it’s bittersweet, aromatic and easygoing, just refreshing enough to drink a few but not so boozy you wreck your day or evening.
Aperol Spritz Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces prosecco
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 2 ounce sparkling water
Garnish: orange slice
All you do is add the prosecco, Aperol and sparkling water to a wine glass filled with ice and stir. Garnish with an orange slice.
